At NADINE MERABI, we want you to feel extraordinary in your purchase, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the garment back into its original MERABI packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and branded boxes are included to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
